Thanked: 4828ceramic water stones
I have some water stones from days gone buy. I have Nortons up to 4000. What I am wanting to know about is some ceramics I have at 10,000 and 13,000. Are these suitable for razors?
thank you for your input

Thanked: 4249Yes ceramic stones are used for razors but they must be flat and clean. Do you know the maker of these stones?

Thanked: 4828I do not remember the brand. They would have come from Lee Valley, so they would not have been cheap.

I have Shapton Ceramic Pro honing stones and I think that they are great.
