Thanked: 4Japanese- Swedish Honing Station
Here is a honing station, I put together for $30, all from items purchased at Ikea.
I used 7 spice rack kits ( $4.99 EACH ) and a plastic tub from the kid's section ($2.00)Last edited by larrybob; 02-20-2013 at 05:26 AM.

Ikea is a great place.
Some weeks ago i bought this bowl that now works as a shaving bowl. Found at Ikeas kitchen departement.
Then this excellent razor stand, its really nice and can take 4 big razors.
Its ment for toothbrushes and found in the bathroom departement.
I was looking for food plate holder, vertical, in wood, to hold my 5 shapton gs hones. Found some for displayIng plates but the standard where not for sale. I am sure i Will find more

One serious question: How well do you think it might work with non-Swedish razors?
Och bekväm blir den väl först om höjden är rätt?!
