    The sharper the blade the more fragile the edge becomes, therefore it would not last as long, for reference look up multiblade cartridge.
    The sharper the blade the harder to get comfortable shave as the blade tends to bite into the skin. SRs are sharp but not the sharpest out there.

    i bet that would also shave the skin right off your face. Sharp is 1 thing... but diamond laser sharp is just scary looking. LOL dudes shaving the hair off a hair!
