    Default My Belgian Blue Waterstone

The only waterstone I own. Exceedingly fine for knives, but slow. When I first got it, I wrote on it with a sharpie, and then I lapped it. If you see a little black here and there, it's from using the sharpie.

Every once in a while, I take it out and use it on a knife or two.

Cool. How do you like it for honing your razor(s)?

I'm a beard guy, not a razor guy.

I saw you lost "I'm a beard guy, not a razor guy" on two of your threads discussing stones... So you are just here to discuss honing then? I strongly suggest you try out straight razor shaving at least some time. It's extremely satisfying. j

Reading threads on SRP over the years motivated me to buy a BBW.

Prior to this place, I didn't know that the BBW stones existed. I'm crazy about hones, especially naturals.
