[QUOTE=Lynn;1150993]Thanks for the laugh!!
That would be more an occupation however........................Honing is what I do 4-6 hours a day. I may not know as much as you, but I try hard......
Have fun.
I was kidding of course. (I am sure you know that)

Thanked: 2027Am three years in and can do my own honing if all is perfect with the blade,the rest I send out.Am not very bright but I am not stupid enough to be dinking around with a $500 razor even if it is perfect.
I use 3 differant honemeisters,all are SRP members,all are the best of the best.If the blade is for re-sale,I just tell them hone it as if it was yours.
If one in my rotation.I have a kinship with that blade and I want to know what they have in mind before they hone them,we talk,we have intellectual honing intercourse,I insist on knowing exactally how my blades will be honed and what stones have been used.

I'm just about going to ship an CVH No24 out and it got some heavy hone wear now.
I explained all about tape or not to him and he wanted the razor to go down flat on his hones and now it will.
It was seriously bent so there were no way around it.Hur Svenska stålet biter kom låt oss pröfva på.
