Have you guys ever considered utilizing a Tinychat room? It allows many people to hop on and chat with the option of getting on their webcam. We use a room on a hookah forum I help administer, as its easier to show newbies how to properly set up their hookahs compared to looking at a wall of text. I can set us up with a room quite easily, if need be. I know when I get some stones I'd love some help learning to use them.

U can I believe also video chat using goggle plus.. U just need to add people as contacts. If that peron has a smart phone with a video cam built in, it's as easy as pie...
