    ... or rather ... can it be done ?

    Under running water, never ever let the DMT clog up.
    No hard pressure, let the diamonds do their thing!
    Very hard stones take some time, pressure might speed it up but don't do it, it will hurt the DMT.

    I've used a DMT 325 to lap a C12K, and the DMT was perfectly fine afterwards. Yes, the DMT 325 will do a good job lapping the C12K.

    120 works faster followed by the 325. But yes as everyone said, light pressure and under running water. It may take a while. I check both sides, if you have a low middle its easier as you aren't rocking on the high middle.
