    Default A Tiny Little Tip...

Just a little tip, and possibly only for those with a Norton 4/8 and a Shapton. Normally, when using the Norton, of course I place it on the blue plastic holder it came with (I don't have one of those you beaut hone holder thingies). I normally place all this on an upturned plate so it's at the right height.

When only using the Shapton, I place it on the Norton holder, but on the holder's little rubber feet. It places the Shapton at just the right height.

Looks a bit like my setup. My DMT325 has its rubber feet attached and when I put it face down, the feet provide a nice non-slip elevation for my Shaptons. Before that, I used a big BBW with a few drops of water, stuck the BBW and Shapton together.
