    I would assume W/D sandpaper on a smooth surface or DMT/Atoma? I used W/D for my first go around and then ended up buying a DMT. IMO the sandpaper made it pretty flat... but the DMT made it flat flat!

    Abrasive & a flat surface or a diamond plate which has both .
