Default My Edge under 320 Magnification...Critique Please.

I'm a beginner. I only have a Norton 4/8. I had a barber help me set the bevel...helped a ton. However, I couldn't help but mess with the edge. This is what it looks like under magnification. Is this how it should look after 8000 grit? The very edge looks a little rough/chippy to me. I hope the picture works.

    Advice appreciated.

Strop it and see how it shaves. You would look a bit rough and chippy too at 320 magnification.

Give it a spin on the whiskers.

I plan to shave in the morning...I'll let you know how it goes. Just wondered if anyone knew what it should look like at high magnification after the 8000.
