Thanked: 154It's possible that the edge is just bent a little out of alignment and can be brought back to shave-readiness without honing. Have you tried stropping your razor carefully, perhaps focusing your attention at the toe area that is dull? If you have a canvas strop, try that first, stropping a little, then checking the edge (carefully!) with the pad of your thumb, then stropping a little more. Move to the leather strop once the edge feels shaving-sharp.

Thanked: 433I would start with stropping and see if that works, if not try a CrOx paddle if you have one, if not try a finishing hone focusing on the tip. I like to work back from finest on something like this.

Pictures would help,
How far you need to take it ?
Anywhere from stropping on linen all the way down to 1k bevel reset is possible pending damage.
If in doubt start with the least aggressive,
at the bare minimum you would want to strop on linen to realign the edge even prior to honing IME. (in my experience)
The least aggressive to quickly repair it is what you want, in other words don't try to fix it by spending hours on your finisher. It is just Whisker Whacking
Relax and Enjoy!

I've got to ask .. why is the blade hitting the scale?
Don't get hung up on hanging hairs.

My thought too stimpy52. If the blade is hitting, sharpening the toe is not going to fix the real problem.
