Default Mixing stones and naguras/slurry stones from different regions

So i have a BBW/coticule combo slurry stone, but no Belgian hones, and a couple jnats with a few naguras. Would using a courser Belgian slurry stone on a hard Jnat produce a faster cutting slurry or would It be the equivalent of putting a BMW badge on a Lexus?
