    RustySterling, Congrats on the honing.
    A tip for you on the square corner of the spike.
    I am guessing you used some 600 grit paper or something similar to do the cleanup. If so you can use the same paper to dull the razor tip just a bit.
    With the paper over your fingertip you can rub the fine grit across the tip at a 45 dergree angle just 4 to six light passes, and inspect, then more if necessary.
    I really prefer the spike and the way a corner of the square tip follows the smile line that seperates the mustach area from the cheek.
    However, I left a restoration like yours with a very sharp corner and paid the price.
    One long bloddy sweep down one cheek.

    P. S. I am guessing you got the frown out of the edge?

    Yup. No more frown and I'll try as you suggest on the spike.
    It's a good life and someone has got to live it.
