It's what I was advised to get, and did. Works well.

You can also order them direct from DMT and get them at lee valley and probably other places too. maybe even where you live, but I am not sure about that last one

Well I'm sitting in the middle of the oilfield up here in ND. stores are pretty rare on the plains ! Maybe later in the morning I will call Lynn and ask. Really no rush as I have about 10 shave ready straights at the moment lol

My 320 DMT is not flat. It has a warp to it.
I have been using a Norton flattening stone instead.... One of those 1 1/2" pink jobs with the slots in them.

Curious where you got it, and if it was ever flat. Also wondering how you store it. I just got one and lapped my Naniwa 12k with it. Both were from SRD. My DMT is very flat...at least if the metal table on my table saw is.

None, contact the manufacturer about the defect.

I bought it at Woodcraft. It has been in my sharpening tool drawer for years.
Harold, you are probably correct on the factory defect. I'm not sure how storage could screw it up.
Never noticed the warp before since it was used to sharpen plane irons.
I wonder if DMT would still stand behind it? I may ask.
