Thanked: 25My 320 DMT is not flat. It has a warp to it.
I have been using a Norton flattening stone instead.... One of those 1 1/2" pink jobs with the slots in them.

Thanked: 25I bought it at Woodcraft. It has been in my sharpening tool drawer for years.
Harold, you are probably correct on the factory defect. I'm not sure how storage could screw it up.
Never noticed the warp before since it was used to sharpen plane irons.
I wonder if DMT would still stand behind it? I may ask.
