Faucet on straight crimes are becoming more frequent, I think the politicians should get involved and create new laws to protect the straight razors from faucets. At least, we should start a national debate addressing this issue. The faucets are tapping into a constant stream of hot and cold issues that affect them wildly.

Thanked: 49Thanks for the encouragement and the sympathy gents. I was able to hone out the chip and reset the bevel. Took about two hours to complete the honing process, but I was able to shave with it tonight. That thing is heavy. While it wasn't the best shave I've ever had it certainly wasn't the worst and I feel better about my smiling blade honing abilities. Lynn and gssixguns' videos were very helpful. Overall a positive experience.
