What color is it and what color is the slurry? And what is the size?
Looks, brown or purple in your photo.
If so could be a Belgian Blue or Vosegine.

What does it say on the label? Can you post a picture of it?

The label looks like one from a "dry razor hone". It is a synthetic barber hone, made to use dry, 3-5 strokes.

You can see an intact label on this one. I recently picked one up as well but haven't had much time to try it out.
