My friend, I had 'presumed' what you have pointed out in Red, I just posted about honing, stropping and testing. You, and I know along with many others know that the cheap Razors who shall not be mentioned are either un-honeable or not great shavers.
I should as you did point out that the cheap made by the C. H. Ina Company aren't a good way to begin with.
I stand corrected.
Wait! We are 'presuming' that it's a C. H. Ina if it's a Pakistani then all hope is lost! Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdins cave of 'stuff'.

I do have "real razors" on the way to me right now. But this C.H. Ina did get me started, it does shave, and it got me here. So they do have there place. And I don't know it's a bad razor, because I've never had a good one lol. One of these days i shall be on board with you guys I'm sure, until then, i love shaving with my cheap razor. When you are new, it's best to eliminate any variables you can; Stropping, making lather and of course shaving. Let alone learning to hone
The inexpensive ones from China usually have problems, I've played with several and found that about 50% would shave. The others had so many geometry problems that it wasn't worth the time and or effort.
If you were lucky enough to get one that would shave Bravo! Good job!
Use that experience and remember it. As my friend Glen (GSSIXGUN) likes to say: "Honing is easy, til it aint'.
When you get your other razors please post pictures and let us know how it's going!
Hang in there, it's a Long Strange Trip but it's well worth the journey. Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdins cave of 'stuff'.
