Likely a wise choice. There are many nice second hand razors on the classifieds here on a regular basis. They probably sell for less here than anywhere else, with the exception of when someone gets lucky on ebay. Most a reliably shave ready.

Just to seal and end this thread a final update. I sent my SR off to The Invisible Edge and they did a sterling job. I bought a couple of nice, but blunt, SRs from ebay. With my Norton stones I'm gonna roll my sleeves up and get stuck in.
