    Default First time for everything

Well, I have always had a tricky back, sometimes all it takes is a pull in the wrong direction, but I never I imagined it would happen while honing. I was doing some back and forth strokes with pressure to reset a bevel, suddenly I felt that familiar piercing feeling in my lower back. Now, I am sitting down and worried more about an unfinished bevel.

From their stillness came their non-action...Doing-nothing was accompanied by the feeling of satisfaction, anxieties and troubles find no place

Mine's gone out twice with a sneeze. Once, I threw it out brushing my teeth. Honing? It's just a matter of time. Hope you're over this one soon!

Once you "throw" your back out once.... ALWAYS happens when you least expect it. Thrown my back out 4 times....3 at work and once at home....no fun.

Watch out for that 5000 lb paper clip..... It'll get ya sooner or later.

For chronic back pain, check out Dr Sarno's book Healing Back Pain. It's well worth the read. No exercises, no gimmicks, just keep an open mind.

That tape is obviously too heavy.
