Great find! I've rarely been lucky in finding coticules at auctions or flea markets (and I live in Belgium).

Thanks guys. This is the first time my Dad has come back with something worth while. There have been many stones come and go in the last year and this is not the norm for sure. He's starting to be more interested in the stones now. I let him watch me lap the blushing coti and when it first revealed the colour and I showed him he got excited to see the rest lol. Here's hoping he finds a nice escher one of these days

Thanked: 315I think in the first pic he actually has the inner part of the stone with the dirty dried epoxy facing up. They sure don't look like much in the first pic though.
Well that stinks. Think maybe you can get a new one a little cheaper since your local??
Reminds me of a post where a member was in Solingen (or Sheffield?) and couldn't find any nice straight razors.
