Wakasa bench size Japanese natural stone used to final polish this 7/8 Hart steel square point razor,

Finished using a slurry from an Atoma 1200, from thicker heavier slurry to light misty super light strokes for a couple of minutes. This Wakasa is a hard stone, but also has fine particles. Not of course a rapid cutter, but it has sufficient abrasives in it's surface to come up with a Kasumi style finish, certainly hazy and not at all reflective, so I'm happy to say that it did much more than burnish the razor. Using light strokes for a good 20 minutes, the slurry rode way up onto this half hollow blade.

Got these all finished. Ready for a test shave in the morning. If I can come up with enough whiskers.
