Probably made from old recycled T-34 and T-10 tanks but I've been told the steel is good.

Thanked: 1936I have had several go through my hands as well as having a few in my collection. Good every day razors, but as with any razor...condition is everything.

I restored the Soviet razors much. They have one shortcoming - not always good geometry of the razor. Steel on many razors rather firm, are sharpened well, but there are also soft blades. Everything depends on a year of production of the razor. In the USSR not always watched quality of a product because there was a plan, wanted to make a five-years period in three years. If to close eyes to everything, it is possible to tell that razors are quite suitable for shaving, and also for trainings in sharpening.
