    Default Stone Drying Rack

I have been using these bamboo plate racks to dry my stones when honing.

I wash the stones off with a light scrub from a scotch bright sponge and running water, give them a quick lap to remove any swarf and set in the rack. The rack allows complete air circulation and quick drying.

I picked these two racks for a buck each at the thrift store, most home goods stores carry them for a few bucks more.

I like the way you labeled your stones as well, very nice!

I think he did that with a feather and bottle of ink :<0) You make me want to copy your idea. I got 2 in a well but the rest sit on a wooden shelf. I been saying it's temporary to myself for 4 years now.
Bamboo would probably work in a well too eh ?
