Congratulations!
The only difference Ive found between round and square point razors is how quick a square point will dig in if you're being careless. Got myself real good with my GCW the other week. The working angle is generally about the same though.AlanQ likes this.

Honed my grandfathers King Cutter and shaved with it yesterday. Went very very well.
Seems I have figured out this honing thing, Wouldn't claim to be a honemeister but I'm moving in the right direction
