Thread: Minimum kit for honing SRs

The 8 k is a finisher if you learn it. Until you can get the most out of the 8 you won't really be ready for the higher grit hones, stay with the basics and learn your hones before chasing an edge that may or may not be that much better, and to be honest until you really become experienced at Shaving and Stropping, you won't notice any difference any way.
