Honemeister in NYC or Boston?

There is a seller on e-bay located in NYC (the return address was E. Broadway) who sells a lot of straight razors.
I purchased one that was definitely user ready.
I don't know whether he hones them or he has somebody who does the honing for him.
The e-bay seller's name is: april7th1989 ...

I really would appreciate the help. I live in Mexico and am planning on visiting NY and Boston at Thanksgiving. I would hope to give a honemeister my razor a day or two before Thanksgiving and pick it up a week later. Failing that, i'd ask him to mail it to my mailing address in Texas.
