Thanked: 0any honemasters in or close to Norway
Gents
Been using straights for the better part of ten years. I got 3 razors and none will seem to take a proper edge, at least not with my honing skills.
I can still use them but i remeber the glory days when these were shave-ready.
Will consider getting them done by expert as i am tired of messing around. Apperas i cant get the honing right..... Or...i botched the edge on all three. Have used a 1000-4000/8000 combo.
One knife i fear suffer from a slightly warped edge.
Anyways let me know if someone can help.

On the left side of the Welcome page is a link: Local Help. Click, go to Norway. These three are the most current active members that are more than willing to help. I'm sure they are available.
Birnando (Oslo and Akershus primarily, but everyone is welcome to stop by)
Zephyr (Oslo/Akershus)
str8fencer (Oslo and surrounding areas)"The sharpening stones from time to time provide officers with gasoline."
