    I think that is the thrilling part, how many different kinds of dead things can this piece of equipment cut up in it's life time? It starting with people and then there is deer moose elk many kinds of fish as well as the usual domestic stuff. The list could go on and on and not many can say that their kitchen knife started it's life dismembering people and not for diabolical reasons.

    It's so funny as I am always showing people how to carve a brisket. As they comment on the huge knife, I show them what's scratched into the handle!
