    Default Honing help in Oslo

    I'm in contact with a new straight razor shaver that lives near Oslo Norway and he would like to get in touch with someone in Oslo that can help him get started on the right track with honing his own razors.
    Are there any members here that can help?

    What reseach and reading , videos? What equipment is being used (razors, hones)? What early efforts have been taken to learn honing, and what success or not? Does this guy have a practice razor for learning to hone on like a Gold Dollar? One shouldn't learn honing on a nice, new razor. Just my initial thoughts.

    Additionally, learning to hone isn't rocket science. One must begin some where, so just begin. Learn from SRP and YouTube videos. Really, it isn't that hard.

    He was my first thought and contact but his message box is full and I don't have his e-mail address so I reached out here.
    According to his posts there was and active group in Oslo, hoping some of them are members here on this forum and can reach out.
