    Default Every Razor Is Different

When you are learning to hone it’s important to remember that every razor is a little different even though they may be same model and manufacturer. They are ground by human hands. If you take a box of 25 cuban cigars every one will have a slightly different draw because they are all hand rolled. Some razors require a few extra laps on the stone.

Even more than that, if you be talking about vintage the history of the razor can require radically different techniques way more than what variations in a new razor might require.
