    How about:

You have to have an edge on honing and be well rounded in creating an edge which will possibly get rounded off by the edge of strop of those that do not have a handle on sharp edges; Hence you will have to put another edge on the razor......making you edgy.

In the business sense, someone who gets paid to hone a razor and has repeat customers.
I think the fact that some of the boys who will hone for food on this forum qualify that they are not honemeisters refutes that.

Also is the guy in the traveling knife, and scissor shop a honemeister. He gets paid and has repeat customers and he will grind you an edge wile you wait

    Default The Title Honemeister

Honemeister is a non-hereditary title bestowed on a very select few by His Royal Majesty Lynn Abrams, King of all the Honemeisters. Unfortunately, I for one have not even been reviewed for this prestigious status. Maybe next decade!

Uber Honemeisters are very easy to recognize, they will have no hair on their arms, heads, legs or testicles, they will probably be divorced, without a girlfriend, and smell like a combination of TuffGlide, and Pinaud Lilac Vegetal, they will most probably ride a Harley and own too many guns, but their faces will be BB smooth 24/7 Best Regards Gary

That episode of Star Trek stands out in memory, where Bones says "Dammit Jim, I'm a doctor, not a honemeister!"

That's funny right there. I can actually hear him saying that.

Wait, that's not Bones. That's those same old voices. Never mind.

You are mixing up 2 series. One is deathly boring and the other one has a verrrry hot woman in it, named bones and based on a real person.
