This is really not the right place or method to find out information about your order with a vendor. Send him an email, a pm, or give him a call at the number that he has listed on his site. I know from personal experience that he will pick up the phone and talk to you.

I very much agree with HD135 in that any linen hung out for the neighbors to see should only be the cleanest and whitest. Howard has an email address which is listed on his webpage. A trans-Atlantic phone call may be too expensive to consider, but an email works. Re his not responding: perhaps he is taking a short holiday or working on other things; I'm sure he will get back to you as soon as he can.

Howard is good about returning messages. He does travel, so sometimes a day or two will go by before he gets back to you. Be patient.
