This might be a dumb question, but...When you hone a razor with gold plating on the spine, does it rub off? It seems like you would take the gold, or any other decoration off of the side of the spine while honing. Do you guys have this problem? Are you not supposed to rub the spine while honing (its kind of hard to tell from the dvd)?
