    Question Buying Norton 4k/8k Best Deal ?

    Hi Guys,

    Does anyone have the inside scoop on where to buy a Norton 4k/8k Combo?
    I'm trying to find the best deal as I'm short of money.

    Here's what I've been able to find out so far..

    Lie-Nielsen $68
    Lee Valley $75

    Any advances? Any better deals ?

    Try Craftsman Studio - I have had good service from them and their prices are good. Check the shipping though - it may be a little high.

    I've heard good things about the DMT 8EE though, a little more expensive, but it's supposed to cut as fast as a 4k and as fine as an 8k. You'd probably want a finishing stone as the edge may be too aggressive off the DMT.
