    Default Sweet Swaty

    Just got a Swaty from ebay; I've been using a black Arkansas and getting comfortable shaves but knew my edges weren't as sharp as they should be. Got the Swaty and put my Red Injun to it about 10 strokes/side, then 10 more as lightly as I could, then stropped. Nice shave! I realized it was much sharper when I put the blade down to start a stroke at too steep an angle and it cut me when it touched the skin. Gotta be a little more careful from now on....

    Congrats, I've never used one, but by all accounts they are superb!

    Try the Swaty dry, wet or with lather. You will notice a difference.

    Thanks, I will. So far I've just used it dry and the effects are different on different razors - I'll have to see what works best for each one.
