    Default what hone to use for lapping shaptons

    I am going to purchase both a 4000 and 8000 grit shapton stones. Just curious which hone would work well to lap these. I am thinking about the DMT coarse stone. Just wondering what you guys thinks

    That will work just fine. Be sure to get the 8 inch model.
