    It is not much more expensive to send a blade out then it would be to drive however far to a local honemeister.

    Don't get me wrong, if there is a local guy that wants to help you, by all means, go with him. But you may not have such luck and postage isn't too bad, especially if you have (or can make) an old box that'll work (the various parcel delivery companies charge ridiculous amounts for cardboard boxes).

    Hey J Cotton,

    I live in Denver as well. Did you have any luck locating a honer? I tried to find one but had no luck. I saw a listing of honers here on this great web site a while back, but have been unable to find them once again. Could someone here point the way please?
