How much weight such a stone... it's really expensiver than in the US, one more time... so I am considering the shipping from US.

I'm based in Northern Ireland and took delivery of some hones last week from Howard at perfect edge. Howard offers an excellent service and the cost of shipping was around $40 which isn't too bad when you consider the saving on the hones compared with european prices.

I bought three hones from him and he told me that the first kg of postage was the highest, additional kilos are much cheaper. Delivery time was approximately 2 weeks.

So you are saying I should buy many hones on one time to pay off shipping...
I am a total noob, I don't need so much to beginn for the moment. I hope. This is enough expensive...

If I buy only one, I am not far from european prices. With risk of custon taxes that don't exist when order here.
