    Default Temperamental Razors

I have three razors: a Dovo carbon, a Wacker Inox and an Iwasaki, which is carbon and iron I think. For some strange reason, only one of them shaves well at any given time. I sit with the hones and try to get them all sharp, but when one of them is perfect, I just can't get the others in line too.

Maybe it's the different metals? I don't have much experience honing, so perhaps I should not try to hone them all in one sitting? Maybe separately, so as to compensate for the different metals and techniques required?

Could it be that the hones are getting clogged after the first razor?

Try scrubbing them down after each razor and see if there is any improvement.

Sounds like evil spirits to me because there ain't a logical explanation for that.
