Thanked: 1Help sought with shipping Shapton glasstone from US to Australia
G'day gentlemen,
The Craftsman Studio is offering Shapton glasstones 16K for $99.95US. The catch is that they do not ship overseas. This is way better deal that the prices and availability of the stones in Australia. Would some kind soul help a fellow shaver in Sydney with the purchase? I will deposit the money into your paypal account plus shipping cost. I would appreciate your help. There is no way I am paying these inflated prices in Australia where, as usual, no one in specialised shops has any idea about these stones.
Thanks in advance.

Thanked: 1587Yes, I was going to mention So too. I think he can get the Japanese versions as well as the US ones, but I have no idea how his prices compare.
I got mine from Lie-Nielsen in SA - they actually recommended I buy from the US as it was cheaper, even with shipping added. I'm an instant gratification sort of person - ordered it on a Monday, was at my door on the Tuesday afternoon. The extra 50AUD it cost compared to US prices was worth it to me.
