    Default Shapton Results.....WOW!!!

    Ok..

    So last week i took a bite and bought the 4k/8k/16k shaptons. Now I had a 220/1k 4k/8k Norton....Yellow Coticule...and an Escher. I must say..that after giving the shaptons a go for a week...all I can say is WOW. They are really quick cutters and provide me with great edges so far. I find them far easier to use than the Nortons. While it doesnt have the feel of the Coticule while honing, the 16K gives me a great edge.

    Anyone that has been on the fence about getting them...let me say...I think they were great..and in fact..I wouldve started out with these..instead of the Nortons.
