Default Cro Ox and Rouge supplier found

Hi, I put this here because I wasn't sure exactly where else it should go.

I am not selling this but wanted to share with you.

There is a company called Dialux who make a whole range of polishing compunds, they do Cro Ox green (Dialux vert) and rouge for fantastic prices, about $4.25 for 120gm in a bar with a wax base, softens with heat.

They also do other ranges in 7oogm bars for only a little more cash as well as other grades finer and coarser. Grey, blue and yellow as well as red and green.

I haven't found out what micron sizes thay all are though but they supply teh jewellery trade so it must be good enough for us.

Just google Dialux vert and you will find a supplier in your country.

    Hope this helps y'all

Oh Yeah, they say teh rouge is 0.1 micron but couldn't tell me anything else.

Aren't they hard wax bars for polishing machines? If so, I think that the main mass of the bar is made from the waxy carrier - you hold the bar against a spinning motorised polishing wheel, and the wax melts and the compound covers the wheel.

I'm not suggesting its of no use, just pointing out the wax content.

    Regards,
    Neil
