Don't rush it, take your time. These hones are of sedimentary origin and may split if you apply too much force!

They're heeeere!
Mission accomplished, friends.
9 very nice looking narrow Chinese 12k stones which include a separate slurry stone. Approx dimensions: 7"x1.25"x.5"
15 full size Chinese 12k slurry stones. Approx dimensions: 2 5/8" x .75" x .5".
I'll be sending PMs to those who asked for one or the other and putting the rest in the Classifieds.
I'm really looking forward to working with a narrow hand held 12k. It was a fun project.

Nice job you did there! How does it perform with a slurry?

got mine yesterday and used it last night. thanks again Chris it looks and works great (although i didn't shave with the razors i used it for yet, i'm just waiting on my beard). i'm thinking i will use it without slurry for now and get an idea of how it works and then try out the slurry to compare. i have never used slurry before so it may be intersting. i'm a noob though so it may take me a while to get to the point of having no other variables to deal with. still it was a nice size to use. i have a couple warped razors that i think a 4k and 8k hone of that wodth would be great for. maybe in the future i will try cutting some up for now i need to master the hones i have. thanks again. i can't wait to see the difference in my shave.
