    Red face Can anyone help?

    Hey folks,

I have decided that it’s about time I started learning to hone my own blades. However, I don’t feel ready to go out and buy a set of hones – I didn’t realize the price of a good set could be so expensive!

I hope this doesn’t sound cheeky, but does anyone have any hones that they don’t use or need that they would be willing to give me – or sell at a reasonable price – so that I can get started. If anyone can help, please let me know. I would really appreciate it.

    Hope you are all well,
    Paddington.

Have you checked the classifieds here? There are some hones available for reasonable prices.

Yes Carrie, the classifieds was my first port of call. However, most of the hones are still a little out of my price range. I’m just looking for something I can have a bash on.

    Cheers for the comment.
