    Default yet another taping the spin post

    I have not headed Lyn's advise on less is best. I have now worn the spine on a really nice blade. I now realize I was using way too much pressure. Sooo. wil taping the spine allow me to conserve what's left and just reset the edge?

    Yes, and it may also compensate for the lateral damage common along the spine. Good luck. Always follow Lynn's advice. It has served me well.

    yes it will.Be patient and don't use pressure much .learning process it is ok.i have done soo many times
