Ardennes Coticule - simply awesome!

I posted earlier about a problem with my stone, and Rob from Ardennes Coticule offered to exchange it for a new one.

It was only a small chip, but on attempting to lightly sand it out, it grew along the line/crack/fault or whatever, so I decided to send it back.

I thought that if I ordered a BBW at the same time, I could pay postage for that and it would cover the postage for the Coticule as well, saving AC some money, but Rob wouldn't have it, and told me to pick my stone and email him directly to sort out the order of the BBW and he would cover the postage for both! Also, I was going to be away from Christmas to new year, and Rob said no problem, let me know when you get back and I will send it on then.

He emailed me at every step to let me know what was going on, and today I received a beautiful flawless coticule bout and a great BBW, super well wrapped.

So to sum up, dealing with Rob and Ardennes Coticule has been the best customer service I have ever experienced, and I would heartily recommend using them.
