Thanked: 398Passes on a Swaty
How many passes do you do on your swaty as a finisher and how many passes when you're touching up a blade?
thanks,

I believe 4-6 or until ready.

Thanked: 398I can't open the file. So would 4-6 passes be enough to remove the scratches from the norton 8k?

Here are some instructions from Swaty.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Thanked: 398Awesome! So the finer side is the side without the logo?

I do 10 laps on the side that DOESN'T have a logo. (3 line swaty)
the side with the logo is completely unlappable on the stone I have, so I've never used it

Thanked: 398From your video I assume that you don't really change the amount of stroke if you're touching up a stainless steel razor either?

I have a 3-liner and the directions didn't make mention of two sides. I think they're the same.
