Thanked: 2204Hal, I like your advice to lap with like kind stones whenever possible. It would be a nice finishing step and also avoid cross contamination of abrasive grits.
Now if someone would just tell me an EASY! way to lap an Arkansas stone , a carborundum or an India stone without it taking an hour for each stone please let me know.
