i love how i read posts about people saying "i just want one stone to touch up my razor"

hah once you get the hang of it these same people are gonna be asking about stones for finishing, and stones for beveling. hahaha heres my advice, now im no master or im not even close...

but grab the bull by the balls and grab a 1k stone along with your 4k/8k or whatever. bc whats gonna happen is your gonna get a razor off of ebay thats looks to be in good shape, your gonna hone it up, go to shave and be like "wtf." thats what happened to me. i honed my wade and butcher it was fine. i honed up my red injun and something didnt look right. i came on here and now i ordering a 1k naniwa.
