    Default Tape for taping the spine!!!!

    Guys I found this stuff by accident.....

    I have always used 3M electrical tape for taping the spine when honing, worked great, real sticky, and had good wear resistance...
    Luckily our Walmart is undergoing a massive re-model, so I have been avoiding the place... I happened into an ACE hardware store and found their own "ACE" brand of .75 mil plastic electrical tape.... Bad news the crap is made in China, good news is it isn't as sticky as the 3M tape, and so far (knocking on wood) I have not had one bit at all of the sticky black tape residue left on the razors... It sticks well enough for doing the razor, and it wears as good as the 3M, but no sticky clean up

    I bought 5 rolls just in case it changes later
